While I maintain the creative overview of a piece of work, I regularly work with specialists in order to bring it to realisation, taking on a project management role.

I am experienced in sourcing and managing appropriate contractors, who engage in the collaborative process. This has previously involved meetings with students and visits by community members to see the production process.

I see successful team work as the key to smooth running projects, and am experienced in maintaining open and informed relationship with overall project managers, community steering groups, additional artists, architects, health and safety executives, fabricators, installers and other contractors.
